The selected contractor for landslide mitigation works at Lot No. 1 (RLVMMP/WORKS/07-LOT 01) of Package 07, M/s ICC- Finex JV has taken over all the sites on 09th February 2023.
The work consists of constructions such as Soil Anchoring, retaining walls, Horizontal drains, Drainage wells and surface drains, as slope rectification measures located in Site No. 54 – Ranhotikanda in Rathnapura District, Site No. 73 – Athu Ela – 55 Km Post of A17 Road Deniyaya, Site No. 74 – Thenipita – Karuwalagahakoratuwa and Site No. 75 – Diyadawa, at Culvert No.75/1, Galle – Deniyaya- Madampe Road in Matara District.
The Grama Niladhari of the respective GN Divisions and the officials from PMU were joined for this event.
