The construction works of Package 04C have been completed and taken over by PMU on 13th November 2023 at the Site.
Mr. R M S Bandara (PD, RLVMMP), officials from the PMU and NBRO, Add. District Secretory – Kegalle, representatives from Divisional Secretariat – Kegalle, Municipal Council – Kegalle, Pradeshiya Shaba – Kegalle, Executive Engineer – RDA Kegalle, Director – Disaster Management Division – Kegalle and representatives of the contractor, M/s ELS Construction (Pvt.) Ltd. were joined to this Handing / Taking over event.
